Çeşme is a heartbreakingly beautiful host, its peerless soft beaches and its gentle sun embracing you with comfortable bronzing light. Cool down in a calm sea and peacefully rest on a warm beach, or hire a yacht to explore the islands, or shrug on an oxygen cylinder to dive to discover the riches deep down, or grab a surfboard to dance with the wind. Just dream what you want. It is like Çeşme knew it beforehand and prepared each beach for an alternative activity ready to serve you. Some of the  foremost beaches include;

Ilıca: Almost 2 km of wide and white sand beach, high quality accommodation facilities and thermal facilities constitute one of the largest and most popular tourism centres of Çeşme. This is one of the Blue Flag beaches of Turkey. As tourism darling of İzmir, Ilıca Beach has claimed the first place in the list of top 10 most beautiful free access beaches of Turkey. Hot thermal waters sprung from under the sea make the Ilıca Beach and other beaches in the region each into a large thermal pool. The large- and small-scale accommodation facilities in Ilıca have the capacity to accommodate large numbers of visitors. The most important characteristic raising profile of Ilıca is its thermal facilities. Many small and large hotels and even hostels have hot spring water. Another important feature of Çeşme beaches, and particularly the Ilıca Beach, is the fact that a one hundred metre band from the shoreline into the sea have a depth which does not exceed human height. These shallow waters, especially the areas which are fed by thermal springs, are scientifically shown to provide great benefits for human health under ultraviolet light. In addition, these beaches are also very suitable for enjoyment by children in regards of both health and safety. 

Boyalık Beach: This is a bay almost reaching 5 km in length, home to very beautiful beaches. Displaying characteristics of Ilıca beaches, this bay also one of the fastest developing tourism areas of Çeşme today. Lauded as one of the largest and most modern touristic facilities in Turkey when it was built, Altın Yunus Holiday Village and Marina is located on the junction where Cape Kalem joins the land in the middle of the bay. This Holiday Village offers all natural riches to your service. Sakin Deniz (Aya Yorgi) Beach is the calmest beach in the bay, being sheltered against the northern winds. With the restaurants across the shore and facilities filled with various delights this bay provides a calm and restful corner.

Şifne Big Harbour Pasha Harbour: Centred on the Ilıca Beach, the shoreline lying towards north-east until Şifne is an enchanting destination with beautiful beaches and hot springs. The Big Harbour and Pasha Harbour bays form the centre where touristic facilities, camping areas and collective summer home communities gather. As a destination famed for its hot springs, Şifne is also home to many hostels. Located around 5 km away from Ilıca downtown, this important touristic destination can be accessed by minibus commute from Ilıca.

Ildırı Bay: Ildırı and vicinity, which was home to the world famous Antic City of Erythrai, proves to be an interesting region for campers with its natural beaches and camping sites. Located 22 km from Çeşme downtown and 15 km from Ilıca downtown, the region can be accessed by an asphalt motorway after Şifne. You can take a stroll to Zeki Müren Island and watch the sunset accompanied by a magnificent view.

Dalyan and Sakızlı Bay: Located on the northern shores of the Çeşme Peninsula, these touristic destinations are a region with typical fishing neighbourhoods, houses, harbour, beaches and people brings the Aegean life and natural beauties together. This region located 4 km away from Çeşme downtown can be accessed by minibus commute departing from Çeşme downtown. Dalyan Village is home to many hotels and hostels waiting to host you.

Old Woman's Beach: Located to the northeast of Çeşme Peninsula, around 5 km away from the downtown, right at the entrance of Dalyan neighbourhood, the Old Woman's Beach has many regulars. We can recommend it with a clear conscience to those wishing to spend a peaceful holiday or a long weekend at the heart of the nature. While you came all the way here, you should also visit one of the famous fish restaurants of Dalyan to shake off the weariness of the day. The beach right at the entrance of Dalyan neighbourhood is easily accessible from Çeşme downtown by public transport or by private vehicle.

Tekke Beach: Located in Çeşme downtown, this is one of the smallest beaches in Çeşme. Nestled in a small bay, it is known as a shallow bay beach. It is named for the Ottoman Dervish Lodge whose remains are located immediately above the beach. Due to being a small bay beach it has a very calm and flat sea. Its waters are clean, clear and shallow. It is an ideal beach for families with children. The tip of the bay almost reaches into the sea as a quay.

Ali Bostan Beach: Come take a load off at Ali Bostan Beach in Dalyan Village of Çeşme. This is a beach for those looking for peace. Its cool sea and robust winds blow away the cloying heat. Located 5 km away from Çeşme downtown, the beach is easily accessible by public transport or by private vehicle.

Cleopatra (Güvercinlik) Beach: Located between Alaçatı and Ovacık, this beach surprises visitors as a hidden bay invisible from the motorway, right under Öz Pamir complex. It is also known as the Güvercinlik Bay. The bay is surrounded by high, rocky cliffs. It is named as Cleopatra Bay due to the fine grain sand found on its beach and in its waters. The beach is formed of fine grained, golden sand. It provides a perfect place to relax for those suffocated by city life. The bay is located 89 km from İzmir downtown and 13.6 km from Alaçatı downtown. It can be easily accessed by private vehicle.

Delikli Bay Beach: The Delikli Bay is the latest discovery for those seeking a quiet, calm and peaceful holiday. The special characteristic of this bay which makes it attractive for those seeking peace is the natural rock formations in its waters. The bay is also named after the natural hollows in these rocks. Visitors of the bay prefer this destination for the experience of entering the sea through these holes in the rocks. Another reason for its popularity is availability of camping areas in the vicinity. Campers prefer this bay both for camping, the sea and to see these formation. The bay is 11.8 km away from Alaçatı downtown, and can be accessed by private vehicle.

Çark Beach: Locate to the south of the Çeşme Peninsula, Çark Beach, the most famous beach of the region, provides surf lovers a memorable experience in all seasons. Easily accessible by minibus commute from Alaçatı downtown, this beach is mainly preferred for wind surfing, and therefore visitors wishing to swim prefer the public beach adjacent to the bay. Due to having strong winds through all seasons, Çark Beach is also home to many surfing schools.

Altın Kum (Golden Sand) Beach: Located to the southwest of the Çeşme Peninsula surrounded by the sea on 3 sides, the Altın Kum Beach takes its name from its fine grained, golden coloured sand. Located 10 km away from Çeşme Downtown, the beach can be easily accessed from Çeşme Marina by minibus commute or private vehicle. The beach is home to many camping sites. The Altın Kum beach is known for its ice cold waters. The shore looking over the open waters of the Aegean Sea is located on a partially sheltered bay.

Pırlanta (Diamond) Beach: Located around 10 km away from Çeşme downtown, the beach takes its name from its fine grain sands which shine like diamonds. The entire shoreline is covered in this very fine sand. The beach is around 450 to 500 metres in length. With its standing winds and regular waves the beach is a popular spot for lovers of wind surfing and kite surfing. Not only domestic visitors, but foreign lovers of this sport also visit this destination to realise their passion.

Çatal Azmak Beach: Çeşme Azmak Beach accessible by commute from Çeşme downtown is among Çeşme beaches worth of a visit. The beach attracts admiration with its clear waters and sand. Located 5 km away from Çeşme downtown, the beach accessible from Çeşme marina by minibus commute and private vehicle. 

Donkey Island: Formerly known as "GONI", the Donkey Island, located one hour away from Çeşme by yacht, is an ideal destination for daily yacht trips with its clean bays and friendly donkeys. Due to its natural location the bay is sheltered against northern winds and very suitable for surface water sports. Almost entirely covered with maquis plants, the island is equipped with a wind powered clean water well for the donkeys to survive. Especially if you find yourself on Donkey Island in spring months, you will be met with intoxicating scents of wild daffodils, brooms and thymes. With the immediately neighbouring Kara Island and the Blue Bay looking like a natural aquarium, Donkey Island has a bay worthy of a visit.
